Trailer Winch Durable Hand Crank 3500 lbs Hand Winch with Cable

I modified mine by dividing the take-up reel into two sections to pull two cables while keeping them separated. I used it to raise and lower the work table on my 30 ton press.

I used this to lower several loads of three 60lbs bags of concrete down a slope on a sled. I also hauled several 5 gallon buckets of dirt out of the same hole using this. This was geared in a way that my four year old was able to haul one of the buckets up. I also used this to lower a fridge down a slope. The winch had no problem with it. It had three settings, to crank it up, down and and then to free spin. The clicking caused by spinning was really loud. My only complaint was with mounting it. The holes are not placed well. I had to remove the coil, so I could put screws through all the holes.

Well made and durable. I bought this to replace a power winch, which had failed, on my 16’ fishing boat. This winch does the job and doesn’t break the budget! Highly recommended!

Seller contacted me after initial review and admitted the wrong advertisement. Then at no charge immediately sent me the correct winch. You don’t find this type of service very often these days. Very happy and the new winch works perfectly. Says it has 2 speeded but only has 1. Also states it is for lifting and even shows pictures of it lifting a log but when you look at the info that came with the winch it specifically states for pulling not lifting. Total scam!!!

Replaced a worn out 2500# hand winch with this one. Reversible functionality works well - would be better with a way to let it “free wheel” in some circumstances. Currently working really well and is much easier to crank same loads as the previous winch. Application is technically pulling, then through two pulleys and back to lift a bale form for round hay bales. Quite pleased so far.
