Only thing I've found that works!
Ok....I've tried all kinds of deer repellent products over the last couple of years after I moved from a large metro area to a small farm town community adjacent to woods, fields and all kinds of deer habitat. I've tried screeching disco light motion activated devices, sonic clicking robot looking devices, bird netting, shock sticks, Irish spring soap shavings, dog hair, coffee grounds and motion activated sprinklers. What sort of worked: motion activated sprinklers and shock sticks. The deer were smart enough to evade the sprinklers once they got used to them. And I would've required an ungodly number of shock stick spikes to provide coverage for my hundred + day lilies and crocosmia. I picked up a bottle of Deer Out at a farm store and sprayed the buds and flowers of the highly desirable day lilies. Immediately I noticed that the deer ate around the sprayed plants but left everything that had been sprayed alone. I then purchased several gallon sized jugs of the stuff through Amazon. Deer Out stinks. It's made from mint and putrified eggs. Smells like lavender too. It was this week last year that the deer herd moved through with their babies and ate every last bud and flower on ALL my daylilies and crocosmia, the hydrangea trees, the window box plants and most of the plants in pots on my front porch. I netted the few things that were left. The deer chewed the flowers through the netting. So when I say Deer Out is a game changer I mean it. I don't trust that I only need to spray a couple of times a season. I spray every other day. I still see the deer and I find deer poop in my gardens but the damage is minimal and mostly from them tromping around searching for non sprayed plants. *For those who might suggest fencing....it's not allowed in my neighborhood. Oh and do gooders keep feeding the deer so they don't ever go away. Deer Out. It helped me keep my anger in check and my sanity.

No a complete solution
Deer are resilient...they adapt...to any repellent...it works for a while but you have to change up to keep them away.

This works immediately - Dogs and Deer hate it. Smells like mint to people.
I wish I knew about this stuff sooner. I decided to try and grow veggies one last time this year. My fenced back yard is too shady and in the front yard, the deer always come to dinner in our flower bed. I purchased some strawberry plants last year and tomatoes this year. The strawberries made it through the winter but the deer or rabbits had been eating them last year. The tomatoes I purchased were eaten the night I planted them. They were in a raised planter and some were on my front porch. It didn't matter to the deer how close they had to come to the windows or doors on my house, and they didn't care if the dogs barked at them.I decided to try this stuff based on the reviews. Everyone was right.THIS STUFF WORKS IMMEDIATELY!!!!My dogs won't come near the sprayer and the deer have not touched anything that I sprayed since I started. I've also not seen any rabbits other than a couple babies near the flowers. Here is the kicker though. I talked to a biologist at the local garden center and he advised me that you need to use 3 different types of repellents. One that is granular like Deer Out, coyote urine, and ground chicken feathers. You have to rotate the different repellents on a monthly basis so the deer don't become accustomed to the smell. I'm using Deer Out, coyote urine granules, and ground chicken feathers. The ground chicken feathers is a slow release nitrogen fertilizer and it is recommended by the local zoo. The feathers are nasal irritants for the deer and work during the rut.The biologist recommended adding a couple drops of dish soap to help the spray last longer and adhere to the plants better. The couple drops of dish soap won't hurt the plants either unless you drown them in soap. I've let my plants go 2 weeks without a refresh spray, but I try to give them a spritz weekly.Pros:I like the minty smell of this. Dogs and deer hate it.Easy to spray on the plants. It stays on for a month if you stretch it..Cons:The sprayer is cheap and flimsy.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing, Product!!
Wow, What a product!! we had pretty much given up at our home with planting flowers. Then I read an article about DEER OUT. Well willing to take a risk and take back our yard we decided to purchase this product and I will tell you it was the best money I have spent. We decided to turn this experiment into a fun game and get back at the DEER for the havoc they have played in our life for the last year and a half. The DEER OUT arrived and I was like a child at Christmas time. Opened the box, got my sprayer and was ready. Then my wife reminded me we didn't have any bait LOL. So we went to the local nursery for some hosta. We purchased 6 hosta's and couldn't wait to get home we decided to make a fair game( and see if the product really works) we would treat 4 of them and make it extremely easy for the deer to get to them. We placed these 4 about two feet off the edge of the woods. the other two untreated ones were put beside the house in the front flower bed they would have to walk about 50-75 yards to eat theseSo the next morning GAME DAY we had our coffee and were joking with each other about who was going to clean up the mess left by the deer. remember our expectations were very low nothing to this point had worked. To our surprise, the 4 near the woods were in the same shape as we had left them the night before. However, the untreated ones they walked 50-75 yards were gone eaten to the roots.Well, now we were a little excited but figured maybe the deer didn't see them LOL. Well, I'm happy to report and tell you we have hostas, lilies, liriope, and more. None of the plants have been touched in over a month.for our house before DEER_OUT nothing would last overnight!!This product lives up to it claims!!!
