Let me preface this by saying that upon receipt, the upper row was not the one in this photo. The upper row you will receive when ordering this item has round stones. The lower row came missing 2 stones, and lost more exponentially, as I molded them to fit. That being said, when I contacted Big Dawgz, I was met with courteous, empathetic, professional, customer service. I explained my situation, and they replaced the bottom row and mold quickly, free of charge, AND gave me a coupon. I kept the upper row, even though it wasn't what I ordered, because it's just very nice. The fact of the matter is, one may purchase a set of grills from anyone and receive basically the same quality item(s). I purchase from Big Dawgz ONLY because I KNOW, that if there's a discrepancy with an order, Big Dawgz'll cover me. Great merchandise, but customer service man; it's all about the customer service.

Soooo I bought these as a gift and they came quick but when they were received a couple gems from the top piece had fallen out already. Lame. So he boiled them and the rest of the top one came off in the water. The bottom ones all stayed on. Strange. But okay. He likes just to wear the bottoms for "chillin" and the top ones if he wants to take pictures . Lol.

Easy to use, it was great for my Halloween costume. When you mood them to your teeth make sure you do not cook the mood for to long. Take the mood out of the water before it turns completely clear. I accidentally boiled mine for to long.
