I gpt this for my child who has SPD. Night and day results! This product is soft enough for her teeth. The little bumps and bristles along the sides really help soothe her. She is able to focus better and loves the bright colors. Durable quality. Will def. buy again

Silicone balls - Choking Hazard
The product is great minus the fact that the small silicone balls easily come off with just a bit of chewing and I haven't even had the product for 24 hours. Choking hazard for young children or toddlers.
