Used and Dented
It’s insulting to pay full price and get sent this. One used and beat up, the other new, but dented grill.One was obviously used (dents everywhere, non original packaging, missing manual, unwrapped cable, settings changed. etc). I blame Amazon for that one; they should never unknowingly send customers who pay full price used/returned items.The other one was not used.. just a dented grill. I blame EV for this one. Just like others have complained, the grill is weak and the packing protection is non-existent so dents are almost unavoidable. At this price point the least they could was add some insulation to protect the speakers during shipment.Speakers sound incredible tho. So gonna return the used one and try and undent the other. Sigh.
