I could not be more pleased with their service and the outstanding quality of their workmanship.When my dogchild first died, I could not afford to mark his grave properly. I made up a laminated picture with words on it to use as a temporary marker, but afterward a loving family friend purchased a concrete pet marker. I replaced my temporary one with that one, and though it wasn't personal to him specifically, it meant a lot to me to have an actual stone laying on his grave.I went to visit him every year on the anniversary of his death. On about the third year, I arrived to find the concrete marker had completely dissolved. There was basically nothing left to it. It wrecked me.Ever since then, I have wanted to replace it with a real, granite gravestone. I thought it would be very expensive, so I put it off longer than I should have. As we were approaching the 10 year anniversary just recently, I decided now was the time I just had to do it. I came in search of personalized pet markers, and immediately found Lazzari Collections.I contacted them to find out more details. I worked on a rough outline of what I wanted and emailed it to them, and they said it would be no problem. I made the purchase, and requested a few additional changes. They didn't balk at a single request, making every customization and change I threw at them. We went back and forth many times before I was totally satisfied and ready to proceed, and they were infinitely patient all the while. When I told him of the experience with the previous stone, he said "I weather seal the backs and sides on all of them. This will last basically forever. I hand pick the granite... ...I warranty this for as long as I am alive. I stand behind what I sell." That made me feel very confident in purchasing from them.This gorgeous, custom marker arrived in more than enough time to make the anniversary. It came packaged very securely and protected. I opened it, and saw right away that it was exactly as requested. However, I immediately knew I would be a basket case if I looked at it for too long, so I boxed it right back up to await the day I would bring it to his place of rest.That day was last Thursday. This granite stone looks perfect laying where my child lays, and is so meaningful to me.I have included a picture of the proof we worked up, and the final. It was difficult to take a photo with the daylight overhead, because the granite is polished and gleaming. Any "imperfections" you may see are just the light. There is nothing imperfect about this piece of art.Thank you guys so much.
