This is my go to pre-workout; it's a go-to pre-workout for many people for a good reason. I definitely feel like I want just want to lift stuff up when I'm on it.

Tastes just like lemon sweet tea, but not overly sweet. Gives me the extreme boost I need to get a worthwhile workout after a long day of work.

Was overwhelmingly sweet, and I usually don’t sip my pre workouts! I was still able to taste the strange and overly sweet flavor of this one. Like the energy, but will definitely look for a different flavor.
