Worst possible product
The worst possible product. A hollow rod, which can't be used for lat pull down...not worthy for even 250/-, avoid buying....

Built for a Lifetime
PROS1) It's made out of solid metal. This makes the bar a bit heavy, but in a good way.2) It can revolve or rotate through its center. This is very useful and comforting for almost any exercise where you have to use this bar. Once you start using it, you'll understand what I'm talking about.CONS1) It's possible that you may receive your lat bar without grease in its center. This grease is needed for the lat bar to revolve or rotate smoothly through its center. I bought a lat bar and curl bar, and one of them did not come with grease in its center. Both of these bars are made by the same company/business.2) After several times of usage, the black handles close to the center will begin to move forward or sideways.

Great bar for lat pull downs...
So far so good. It's a lat bar just like at the gym. Quite heavy and well built. I found the molded rubber grips to have a rough spot where they were extracted from the mold but I was able to quickly smooth that with a razor blade so no points deducted. I notice that some reviewers have had issues with the rubber grips coming off or coming apart. I have not experienced any issues like that. Keeping my fingers crossed.
