Will it fit a 2002 Chevy S10?

As long as your vehicle's front windshield is at least 28-30" wide, it should fit. The mirror itself is just under 28" wide.

Will this fit at my corner desk at work? Any ideas on how I could put it onto the wall?

2 2" L brackets and drywall screws will do the trick. Home depot or here will have them. Glue in the mirrors, I don't think your office has much vibration but on my razer they fell out first trip. After gluing no problems

Are the mirrors in tempered glass or plastic?

I assume they are glass. Don't know if tempered or not. I used them in an open cockpit vehicle, a Polaris Slingshot and over a period of 6 years or, they did lose a little of the mirroring along the edges, but other than that, I was extremely happy with the total elimination of blind spots.
