Der MikroTik CRS312-4C+8XG-RM ist ein richtig solides Arbeitstier. 8× 10GBase-T und 4× Combo-Ports bieten viel Flexibilität, gerade wenn Kupfer und SFP+ gemischt werden sollen. Verarbeitung ist top, Lüfter laufen leise und das Gerät passt sauber ins Rack. RouterOS bzw. SwitchOS bieten extrem viele Möglichkeiten. L3-Features, VLANs, LACP, Routing – alles da. Man sollte aber wissen, was man tut. Kein Plug-and-Play wie bei Consumer-Switches, sondern klar auf Admins und Homelab-Nutzer ausgelegt. Performance ist stabil, auch unter Dauerlast. Für Virtualisierung, Server, NAS oder Backbone im Heimnetz absolut geeignet. Pluspunkte: 10G auf Kupfer ohne Gefrickel Sehr flexibel konfigurierbar Gute Performance, stabile Firmware Preislich fair für die gebotene Leistung Minuspunkte: Einarbeitung nötig Webinterface nicht jedermanns Sache Fazit: Wer einen leistungsstarken 10G-Switch sucht und sich mit MikroTik auskennt (oder es lernen will), macht hier nichts falsch.
