Decent size for 7 year old
My 7 year old needed this for flag football. He loves the design and it fits well enough that he's not constantly gagging. Still a little on the larger side, but this style really helps him over the molded style that fits entirely in his mouth. Seems to be good quality. No problems, ready to go straight out of the package.

Turned out great! Bought for an 8 year old football player for October, breast cancer awareness month. Fits mouth great & he thinks it was super cool. Well made & strap is one of the better ones we’ve gotten with a mouth piece.

Son loved it
My son loved this and played fifth grade football the fit was good as well, it lasted the few weeks he used it. Where he was biting it with his back teeth showed very considerable wear and started to break. Not as sturdy as I would have liked for my kids teeth but it was ok.
