Bought this for daughters first apartment. Tools not Craftsman or Matco quality, but excellent for small projects around your dwelling. Lots of tools included, everything has its spot. The pink color may also keep the manly man from "borrowing " (or truth be told...taking) your tools without your knowledge. Kit was able to assemble a bed, microwave cart, dresser and tv stand with no problem. Perfect house warming gift for those living on their own for the first time. Very practical and with care, years of use.

So I needed actual tools (beyond my trusty butter knife and hammer, useful for banging things until they start working, heh), and I was looking for a set that would all pack away easily and store in a small amount of space. And I found this set. It's PINK! Yay! I love the color, and the case is slim enough to slide into some out of the way part of the cabinet or closet or under the bed or whatever. The tools themselves are surprisingly sturdy and have some heft to them. Obviously, these are not tools for professional builders, carpenters, et al., but they are actually very good for DIY around the house. So far, I have used my trusty pink tool set to install a new mailbox, hang pictures, pull out old rusty screws and nails, and screw in a screw that I couldn't get to with my (also pink!) electric screwdriver. It's great and very useful. Everything fits right back in its slot, so you can use the case for slim storage (it's not one of those things where you take something out and it just never goes back no matter how hard you try). And even though the tools are pink, they act more like dark grey tools. Very serious and useful. :P

Purchased this tool set for my 7 year old daughter. For the price, the quality is actually better than what I expected. She uses the tool set to help with repairs around the house and her own construction projects. So far, it is holding up very well. I gave it a 4 star only because we had ordered the set in pink set but instead received a red one; if it hadn't been for that I would have more than likely given it a 5 star.
