So after contacting customer service they sent a new pump right away. The new pump works great. Nice and quiet. Good flow rate. Will get back after a few months for further. The product arrived quickly. However the pump did not function. Contacted customer support and they are send another pump thru Amazon. Hopefully this one works. That’s why the three stars.

I had an issue with one of my cats where she would dump over the gravity waterer in an attempt to make/catch bubbles. This pet fountain is perfect. For now she only tries to paw at the water but no messes so thats perfect. I do have 3 cats and one small dog that will drink out of this, they do have a very large gravity waterer in another room that they all use with two more very large dogs as well. So in 4 days it was down to 1/4 full. That said you do not want this to be the sole waterer for multiple pets, it is too small for that and definitely not big enough for large dog breeds. I have 2 80 lb dogs, 1 30 lb dog and 3 cats, 2 cats are inside/outside and have another waterer outside. So for 1 or 2 small pets this is perfect if its the sole waterer, any more than that you will want more than one of these. It is quiet, you cannot hear it at all. The blue light can be turned off or on, great for a night light. The flower which is removable makes it easy to see the water moving. As for refilling, I didnt want to turn it off and lift the top so I slowly poured water into the top watching the water level and it worked great. I figure every other water fill I will wash the whole thing like I do for the gravity waterers. If anything changes I'll update my review.

Honestly a great product. Works great, cats love it, easy to fill (right through the top), only a semi-pain in the arse to clean. I change the filter once every 3-4 weeks along with a full cleaning. The soft blue light it emits through the bottom is pretty cool at night, it acts like a mini night light. It’s not super loud either. Just sounds like some rain in the background. My fish tank aerator is 10x louder

The Veken Pet fountain is a great product as long as you clean it at least every 2 weeks. Assembly is pretty simple out the box with almost minimum effort.Noise level is subtle...when its clean. If not the motor begins to whine real loud which is why you have to clean this frequently. I found every 2 weeks to be fine which is about the time to refill the water reservoir anyways.The motor assembly for cleaning is fairly easy with the exception of the propellor piece. Tweezers or small pliers are recommended to get this last piece out.So overall its a great product but with a lot of upkeep. If you don't clean this thing it will be noisy and most likely not function properly.

This is a very good product for the price. It’s quite and it has a blue light which lights up the area where I put it with a soft blue light. It’s a good buy for the price. It comes with 2 filters, and it’s super easy to set up, take apart and clean. It keeps the water cool and fresh. I highly recommend .

This product is excellent and exactly as described. However, my Yorkiepoo is still so scared of it, I'll have to give it away. I think it's the sound of the motor inside. It is very slight, but he's super sensitive to sounds. BUT, the product itself is great. The light inside gives it a beautiful glow, and the water flows so nicely. However, you MUST change the filter. My dog maybe drank from it twice and the filter was gross and moldy after about two weeks of scarce usage. So pay attention to that. I wish my dog loved it as much as I do. We'll just have to go back to his boring water bowl.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Espero que mi opinión te sirva para comprarla.

Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.
