Q: I’m 12 what size should I get

This is a tough question - and good for you to think of asking it. It is hard to tell - everyone is different. Here is what I did - I took my granddaughter to a local shop - I did not like the selection - cheap and unsafe trash. But - I had her try on several for both comfort and coverage. If a safety aid is not comfortable, a person will not wear it. If it does not cover the affected joint - why buy it? My granddaughter is very small and thin, but the medium met both categories. I knew from her father's experience that this brand was good - we bought it and she loves it. So, try some on if you can, or if that is not possible, buy two sizes and return the one that does not fit. My experiences with this company shows that would not be a problem. Happy skating.

You need to measure your palm circumference at the knuckles

I'd go small. That fit my son perfectly and he's about the same size.
