They seem fine doing there job

I have had urinary problems due to an enlarged prostate for a number of years causing incontinence and numerous night time visits to the toilet. I bought a packet of these 2 months ago following a video I came across about Saw Palmetto which has apparently been used for many years as a natural treatment for Prostate problems. I did not expect any significant improvements but thought I would give it a try and a couple of weeks ago noticed that my night time toilet visits had reduced to zero. If you elect to try them stick with them for a few months as it may take some time to notice any improvement. I do still wake up a couple of times (probably become a habit by now) but have no need to visit the toilet. Also when I get up around 7:30/8:00am I do not have a pressing need to urinate. I have self catheterized twice a day, morning and night for some years, which I still do, and am scheduled for Prostate reduction Surgery sometime this year, but maybe that can be avoided if the progress I am making continues. This has been my experience and has come as a real surprise as I was very sceptical of receiving any noticeable benefits considering how many reviews rubbish the product. All in all a very happy 85 year old!

The first batch of this supplement seemed to be doing the trick. My constant visits to the toilet at night reduced significantly after a few weeks of taking it and this relief continued until I neared the end of the pack. I had no hesitation in re ordering the product as it had improved my night time habits. The second pack arrived and I noticed straight away that the size of the tablet was roughly half of that of the original batch. I never gave it too much thought as the it stated the same dosage etc.However, after a few nights, I found myself having to get up in the night more and more! So much so, that after a couple of weeks I was back to the position I was in before I started taking the first batch.I tried doubling the dose but to no avail. I contacted the company and aired my concerns but they dismissed my claims saying that the size of the tablet would have no impact on its effectiveness as it was only the carrier components that had changed.When I tried to explain the differences in my night time habits, they continued in asserting that it must be my fault and that I must have ‘changed my lifestyle’ in some way.I am shocked that the company has ignored my concerns and, had it not been for the fact that the first batch gave me so much relief, I would have only given one star.I have since found another product that has resolved my issues and am on the second batch with excellent results.I’m sorry that my concerns weren’t addressed and that some companies will not act on feedback given to them by customers who genuinely care about their products

So far fine but not noticed any difference. Some say one has to wait six months before such tablets start taking an effect. So jury is out.at try some other brands too. But useful in principle. Small tablets and easy to swallow.

I’m 67 and I was amazed and very pleased these actually work really well for me. During the first few days I thought it may have been a waste of money, but then after the 4th and 5th day they started to have an effect. No longer getting up at night for 2 or 3 times it’s usually just once now and there are definitely benefits with regard to erectile function too - a great bonus at my age! I will certainly be continuing with these little tablets daily for some time. Highly recommended- but as with many treatments it can be a bit hit or miss - it just depends on the individual and you don’t know until you try.

Was really struggling with passing water. Age caused prostate enlargement played bloody hell with my sleep. Never mind. Night out at the pub.Dr’s appointment confirmed what I suspected my prostrate has enlarged. Did not like the options I was offered so started researching and ended up buying this product.Amazing is all I can say. One tab each night before bed and incredibly within a few weeks I no longer have razor blades trying to escape when attempting to pee. Don’t get me wrong the flow is not the same as when I was in my twenties. But at 59 I am simple i to empty my bladder and sleep through the night.Great value fir money and made a difference. As far as prostate health and hair loss goes, it can't hurt but it will do very little good. It's just not potent enough. I would recommend it for men under 25 simply because at that age the risk/reward of finasteride or dutasteride is just not worth it.

Gone is the frequency and urgency. No more going to the loo during the night. I was highly sceptical to begin with - but these tablets are excellent. I do take more than one a day but have had no side effects from doing so. The tablets are relatively cheap and well worth it.

I am currently taking these herbal tablets but won’t know how good they are until I have taken them for a few weeks but so far everything seems fine

I was skeptical but since I started taking these tablets I have noticed a singificant improvement in terms of urination frequency . I now rarely have get up in the night and I can manage longish walks with no problem. The other night I even went to the pub, had a pint (didn't need the toilet) and then walked home (about an hour). I did walk a bit quicker towards the end of the trip!Recommended.

Easy to take and they work
