Feels good and reduces chaffing and that loose feel. The strap part holding the fin to your foot is a bit on the short side though, making it a bit difficult to slide your foot into the fin.

Fin tethers are a must for bodysurfing and body boarding. I've been using these for years. These are especially good bc I am usually between fin sizes and the padding behind the ankle makes then snug. I find these far more secure than the other kine ones that just loop. I never lose my fins anymore. I live in HI.

May be useful if you into big wave boogy boarding? Kinda uncomfortable but not a big deal, my needs made me regret my purchase cause I only use my fins to free dive and some chill snorkeling.

Just received and put them on. Really not that difficult as some are suggesting....just fully pull it all apart and then reassemble on the fin. Best design out there.....sometimes I like to take my fins off in the water instead of struggling to walk out......these should allow that. Also some added protection around the ankle. Got another pair ordered for a second set of fins. Happy with purchase.
