ARRIVED WITH 1 VASE BROKEN!
I really liked the 3 vases. BUT, One of them was broken when I opened the box! The box didn't have "FRAGILE" on it, would have helped! It would not be so bad, however, they make the exchange process more difficult than necessary. I had to explain the problem with my order via online chat. That was not so bad, but then the online chat person or computer-generated person, not sure which, said they needed more details, then the chat just stopped!I'm not sure if I'm getting an exchange, replacement or refund! I'm confused??

Lovely
This are lovely. Came nicely packed with foam in a box. Exactly as pictured. I used it twice for a birthday and celebration. The flowers are plastic sort and lovely. It’s quiet expensive for me but I think it is value for money considering it’s beauty.

Came damaged
Did not like the fact that the item came damaged. I was really looking forward to utilizing them for my dads birthday celebration but not anymore.
