Very disappointed with the mat. I bought the smallest size in black as we needed something to put on floor tiles inside our kitchen door as it's sometimes wet and dirty coming in from the patio. Despite the advertising saying it was non-slip it didn't hold firm on the tiles because the backing is shiny plastic rather than rubber. Our colour choice was a mistake because the black shows up every bit of dust so we we're constantly having to vacuum it or shake it out. The mat is also pretty useless for wiping wet feet on because the fine pvc carpet surface is not water absorbent so we still need to take our shoes off outside the back door which is inconvenient if it's raining and defeats the purpose of the product. One for the bin sadly. We'll look around for other options.Following publication of this review (above) I was contacted by the company to apologise because their product did not live up to expectations. As a gesture of goodwill they offered me a full refund which was very kind of them.

Buyer beware. I originally gave this mat a very good rating, however, during recent rain the colour has started to run. Turquoise streaks/patterns on a black patio is not a good look. Obviously shouldn't be used outside as stated, very annoyed.Update: I have since been contacted by the seller who was most concerned about my experience and offered a full refund. Obviously it is not their fault, but that of the manufacturer. It is nice to know that good customer service is important to them and I would have no hesitation using them in the future.

Great mat and nice to have more colour choices than brown grey etc. Because it looks so good it encourages people to take of muddy shoes at the door.

I always buy good quality mats due to kids and dogs! They have to be washable. There were no washing instructions so I just had to risk it and put it in washer on 30’ came out ruined, plastic had come away from fabric. Went straight in the bin and I was grateful the washing machine survived the mangled plastic. Sent email......no reply!

I bought two of these mats a couple of months ago but, recently I had a delivery and the driver had muddy shoes which he tramped all over them. I have attempted to clean them on several occasions but have been unable to remove the stains. This is very disappointing.You have asked if I have received my replacement mats well, as of last Friday the answer is no and I will not be able to clarify this until Saturday 20th. This has been going on since the beginning of June so, I continue to be disappointed ☹

I just paid £13 for an oversized handkerchief. We went for the little one first to try it out before paying for a decent sized one and that was a good call.To say that it's 40x60cm is a slight overstatement as it has a 2.5cm black edge on all sides so the actual mat is about 34x55 - tiny!The colour is lovely (we went for blue), the fibres don't look very good up close (like cheap, spread out synthetic) and the dog came in with damp paws 🐾, walked over it and left pawprints 🐾 all over the laminate same as he does after walking over a £1 carpet sample from a local carpet shop.Guess where we are going for the next one. 😂

Delighted with my mat and prompt, courteous customer service responding to my questions. The mats are flat and slender enough to fit under opening doors (ours anyway) and excellent absorbative properties!

I absolutely love this door mat. We’ve recently had a puppy who loves to go outside so I wanted something that looks great in our kitchen whilst being practical. I loved the range of bright and vibrant colours and was torn between lime green and turquoise but plumped for the turquoise. The mat has proved to be a big hit with the dog too as she now prefers it to her bed. We chose the 120 x 90 Cm size which is perfect for our needs and the rubber backing ensures it stays put on our wooden floor.
