This item is priced very high, so I thought it would be good but was surprised to see that the item was not working

Beware - this product model is for 120V, 60Hz power supply
It was ordered on 21-Jun-2021 and delivered on 15-Jul-2021 and return window was closed on 16-Jul-2021!!! However, upoond reaching out their customer support team handled the return / refund professionally.Name plate wattage rating was found 300W instead of specified 500W. An important information regarding supply voltage rating of the appliance is 120V, 60Hz should be indicated on the product technical details
