Stretch out that upper back with this back rest
I use this back rest in both orientations, upward and upside down. When upside down, it will stretch out your upper back in an amazing way. In the normal orientation, it provides just the right amount of lower back support. You will love it either way!

Comfy but too thick for some cars
I tried to use this in my 2014 Tacoma, but it's so thick at the bottom that it pushes me too far forward in the seat. I tried driving for about 2hrs with it but it was just too uncomfortable. I tried it in a large SUV with deeper seats and it was better but still not comfortable for longer trips. I gave it to my wife who is much shorter than me and she likes it. So if you're shorter or have really deep seats this would probably work, but I really didn't like sitting on the edge of my seat. Literally.

Good back support
Bought this because i have chronic neck and back pain and have multiple long road trips coming up. Used it for a 12 hr trip both ways and it helped with my pain tremendously. This along with a car heating pad and I had minimal back pain in the car.
