Milady Standard Nail Technology with Standard Foundations (MindTap Course List)

I order the paperback and got the hard cover? And I think I’m missing a book

I paid for express and it came on time, I was surprised that the box was as heavy as it was and I was even more excited to see that it was a huge hardcover book I keep looking at my order like did I mess up and order a hardcover which is best for me anyways and the book seems to be new I don't see any marks or markings until now I'm already diving into it. If you are looking for a great quality book here is the place of your looking to start a new career here is the place to start I don't know if there was a mess up or product ran out however I am greatful

I’ve learned so much from this book, I bought it used but it came looking brand new. I recommend this book to any tech

These books are hard to find. I needed it for class and was lucky to get it. I don't understand why there isn't a photo on the website to let you see what you're ordering. I felt like I was ordering a cat-in-the-bag. It would help to post a picture to help others know what they are getting. I took the chance and lucky me!

So I started nail school and was given the last edition of the Milady standard nail technology books. I knew that new ones had come out so was curious if I was missing anything important, so I bought these. They are very similar in information but I did find some changes. Also the layout and flow is much better and updated, I definitely liked reading these better than the last edition. If I had a choice from the start, I would have chosen these. However my school was not set up to the new editions yet, so I still had to go by the old ones.

This was a gift to my daughter who was learning how to do nails.

This book is used. Paid for quick shipping and received it on time that's why I gave 2 stars. Overall dissatisfied.

I haven't read the book in detail but the few pages I have read shows that the book is well written and the numerous illustrations definitely helps especially for a beginner nail technician.
