Bought the lock my uni bedroom door and if defo worked and fit my door, I got all my friends to try and open it and they couldn’t. Going to take it travelling.

Didn’t actually work on the hotel door which makes this a bit pointless really.

I was sceptical about buying this product as it's cheaper than the more reviewed portable door locks on Amazon, and you get two for less than the price of one compared to these products.The metal piece is slim enough to fit through the gaps between all of the doors in my house which is a good thing, however, the part which fits into the latch strike plate is too wide for the door in my bedroom which is where I intended to use this product. That is why I've only given this product 3 stars. I'm not sure if this width is the same with all portable door locks or if I'll be able to find one slightly narrower that will fit my door.I can't comment about durability or build quality because I haven't tested it and anyway, I don't think this product is designed to offer peak security. However, if it fits your door it will definitely offer a bit more peace of mind.

If your a solo traveler this is a must have, I use this in conjunction with the alarm door stopper

Sadly it only fits certain locks and most newer locks are bigger than the hole on this.

I bought this to put on my bedroom door at times. However it didn't go well with my bedroom door and I was unable to get back out 😂 but most definitely sturdy and probably work fab on other doors.

Very quick, easy to install & very sturdy, perfect for travelling or for locking any inward opening door that you don’t wish to fix a permanent lock to.

Very sturdy heavy duty may leave some scratches on doors that it is used on, would recommend them for any one, if you lock a door with it do not push the two pieces together too tight it can be hard to separate
