Good replacement for fresh lamb
Like many my money is tight right now, I got these to replace fresh lamb and I wasn't disappointed. They taste great and are decent size

Great lamb chops
My husband prefers these to fresh ones especially the way I could them.

Very Small lamb chops
4 very small pieces of lamb not worth the price. Once they are defrosted the weight was 230 grams.220 Grams of frozen water weight added. Better to go to the butcher and buy fresh.

Tastes great, too bony
Very thinly sliced which makes for a very quick pan fry, the meat was very lamby which I do like, some may say too gamey. I did love these chops and would buy them again but the meat to bone ratio favours the bone more than the meat, nevertheless very tasty!
