Bought this in 2021, and it never worked. I know it's too late for a refund. But I am writing this, so that others won't make the same mistake that I did. First of all, it doesn't come with a charging cable and since I dnt have an apple phone. I had to buy one. Secondly, despite full charging, it never paired with my Samsung note 20 and then S22 ultra plus. The original case never had an issue with pairing . So please DO NOT BUY!

It charges both my headphones and it makes them like new again. Saved me a great deal of money instead of buying a new pair

I purchased this product to replace my original case because I was thinking that maybe my case was malfunctioning by not charging one of my pods. However, that wasn’t the solution to my problem so unfortunately I had to return it. The only problem I would’ve had is that this case didn’t close flush.

The first impression was great . Both ear pods charged at first . Both reaching 100% . Then after a few times I noticed the right side not charging fully . Now after maybe 15 or so charges, the right side is completely dead and doesn’t receive a charge. I think others have said the same . The left ear pod charges great , no problem… so if your looking for a quick fix then this is product . But If you want both sides to work then I would suggest not to buy it .

My son got this to replace his original case, it worked at first, but stopped charging after about one month of normal use. I would not recommend this item as it is almost guaranteed to fail after very little normal use.

For the first few months after this purchase I thought this was a great option to replace my broken Powerbeats pro case. It started with a loud clanging noise when transporting the case - something within the case had become dislodged (it wasn't the headphones causing the noise). Then one earbud stopped charging. Shortly after that the one earbud that worked and the charging case would not connect to my phone. Good short-term, but this product is not likely to last you more than a few months based on reviews.

Product arrived and works as advertised, for anyone having issues pairing it with your phone or beats pro, your phone should already be paired with the earbuds via Bluetooth, make sure to put them in the case and charge the case and earbuds at the same time. Once it’s charged you should be able to see the case and your phone come up make sure to hit the center button in the case as well like you were originally setting the earbuds up originally.
