I bought these chia seeds to add more fibre and healthy fats to my breakfasts and smoothies. They’re non-GMO, vegan, and fit vegan/keto/paleo diets, which is exactly what the product claims on the listing. What I liked: They’re nutrient dense ,good source of protein (~3 g) and fibre (~5 g) per serving and integrate easily into yogurt, porridge, and salads. • Mild flavour that doesn’t overpower other ingredients. • Excellent value for the amount you get; the packaging keeps seeds fresh once opened. What could be better: The texture can be a bit gritty if not soaked first ,not ideal straight out of the pack. The bulk packaging isn’t resealable on some sizes, meaning I had to transfer into another container for storage. Taste is pretty neutral, which is fine in smoothies but less enjoyable on its own. Summary: Solid chia seeds that do what they’re supposed to. Good everyday pantry item and nutritious. I’m giving four stars instead of five mainly because of the packaging and texture quirks, but overall worth it if you use chia regularly.
