I pinched a nerve in my neck from using crutches - This pillow is ridiculously comfortable and this is the first time I’ve been able to lay down comfortably in weeks.

This neck pillow helps to relieve neck tension and/or pain. It is a wonderful way to stretch the neck and get relief when needed. It gives me great relief at the end of the day after my neck has had to support my head all day - especially when I was dealing with a whiplash type of injury. I often felt like I wanted someone to lift my head up to relieve the discomfort and stress that I would feel. A human head is quite heavy, especially to a neck that is not up to par. My neck is much improved now but it's still nice to have this pillow to use to just relax or to relieve any discomfort that I may occasionally feel. A great product at a reasonable price. I do highly recommend this pillow.

I'm not an expert, but I have tried many different treatments, including the following:- Various (at least three) posture correctors that pull your shoulders back;- Two different types of neck braces to wear around the house;- An Upright GO that takes consistent commitment and does not actually provide active support; it's up to the individual to correct their own posture;- And seeing an upper cervical chiropractor that used the knee-chest technique to restore my atlas (C1) position and restore blood flow down my spine (expensive, but worked...unfortunately my DC moved away from my area);- A massage therapist specializing in sports injuries.While not a solution or substitute for visiting a professional, the neck stretcher definitely helped improve both my neck pain by providing relief and improved my posture, so far better than anything else I've tried as far as devices and outside of seeing a specialist. Seeing the UC chiropractor provided much relief for the first month of weekly sessions; after that, the improvements were minimal but the treatment remained cost-prohibitive.The key that I've found with the neck stretcher is to be consistent. I try to use it at the same time each day and set my apple watch for 15 minutes, and that seems to be a good system for me. I definitely feel less strain on my neck and feel taller, but I have to be consistent: if I miss it for a few days, then my neck pain and bad posture return.The one thing I'll add is that I don't know enough about the science and design of the product, but I am tall (6'4") and have a long neck; not quite giraffe-y, but pretty long for a human. I've read other reviews from shorter people and taller people, and I can't help but wonder if that a product like this wouldn't benefit from different sizes, not unlike C-collars that are used in accidents and trauma (I'm a firefighter and pretty used to sizing patients).Not meant to replace medical advice or treatment, but after trying many different products and seeing specialists, I have no problem saying this neck stretcher has brought me relief.

This is made nicely and included a cover and a storage bag.I have severe neck issues and had hoped this would be the thing that gives me relief. It does work somewhat, but I had hoped for results that were more akin to the reviews (and from friends who have had excellent results), but I realize that everyone’s situation is different and this is a one size fits all fix that will have different results for diff people.I do still use it, but I am careful about how often or how long, otherwise it ends up making my pain worse.I would recommend it, with the caveat that it isn’t a miracle device. And thankfully Amazon is always happy to refund it.Oh, and the smell that many people complained about- it’s definitely noxious. But I sprayed mine with odo-ban (also an Amazon purchase. lol!) and left it alone for a few days and don’t smell anything anymore.I would suggest people who are sensitive to the smell wipe it down and put it somewhere to air out the chemical smell.

After dealing with neck and shoulder pain for years due to sitting in front of the monitor all day, all week long. My pain only gets worse although I tried to do some exercise on my shoulder, and neck it's not that helpful.One day, I mentioned my pain to a friend over the phone and he mentioned this tiny neck massage pillow. Minutes later I'm on Amazon to do my research and found a few similar products some are on sale at a lower price (half the price of this item) but after I read the review I decided to give this item a try although I'm paying more but the item itself looks more promising for me. At first, I'm a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of this pillow but well what else do I have to lose, I can return if it doesn't work out.The item arrived a few days later, give it a try for about 10 - 15 mins. My pain is gone, my neck is completely relieved and my head is so relaxed. I just cannot believe it and again I tried it a few more days after a long day sitting in front of the screen. Max 10 mins each day makes a huge difference for me. I tell myself, if I cannot give myself 10 mins a day on this pillow then I don't deserve to go see a doctor, or chiropractor to fix this pain (which obviously will cost 100 times more)I will recommend this product to my friends and relatives who have the same issue as mine. If you are reading this you should also give it a try. Nothing to lose besides spending a few mins to pack it back in the original package and return it to Amazon if it doesn't work for you.
