Works great! Highly recommend.
This was my first time doing my own hydraulic brakes. This made it sooooo easy! Great value for the price. I read a lot of complaints about how this thing wouldn’t cut a clean cut. No clue what they are doing to not be able to easily cut with this thing? It cuts like a sharp knife in warm butter. If you are a mechanic then maybe you want to invest in a more expensive tool? Idk? This thing would probably do hundreds of brake lines without failure. It doesn’t take much force to push that insert in the hose. This is a great product. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

Worked Flawlessly
I bought this tool to use during a hydraulic brake conversion on an internally routed frame. The cutting tool worked flawless to give a clean end. Press tool worked exactly as expected. This sis great value for money, very easy to use, tons of YouTube videos out there to guide you through the process. I would 100% recommend this tool!

Not Park Tool. Not Fancy. But It Gets the Job Done Like a Hungover Bike Mechanic on a Deadline
So there I was, staring at my S-Works Venge with a fresh set of carbon bars and a growing sense of panic. I knew I was about to enter the dark arts of hydraulic brake line surgery. The patient was critical. The mechanic? Just some guy in his garage with a multitool and too much confidence. Enter the ALEOED 2-in-1 Needle Driver Insertion Tool, a budget-friendly gadget that looks like it was designed by someone who said, “Eh, close enough to a Park Tool or Jagwire.” And you know what? It works. The cutter slices through the hose like it’s buttering toast. Clean, smooth, no drama. The insertion side? Presses those tiny little needles into the line with the satisfying precision of a toddler slamming Legos together, but it works every time. Sure, it feels a lot plasticky, like it could double as a Happy Meal toy if you squint. But for occasional home bike repair, it’s solid. I’m not changing out or bleeding brake lines every weekend like a pro mechanic, so I’ll happily save the $$$ and call it good. Would I trust it if I was doing this on the regular in a shop? Nope. Would I trust it in my garage next to the beer fridge? Absolutely. 4 out of 5 stars, loses one for feeling cheap, earns four for saving me a trip to the local bike shop and the humiliation of admitting I didn’t own the right tool.

dont get very bad quality
itd s good idea of a tool, the knife needs to be sharper cus it pinched the brake line. the part that screw in the metal insert into the brake line has holds the little insert its that is mean to hold the insert in place so that it lines up properly but that meatal part broke, snapped off immediate cuss the its part that screws the insert into the brake. causing it to be even in crooked and breaking. after that its useless because there in nothin ti fold he iwe can use the insert to line up I really open they take the true it didnt even get 1 insert into brake linne s how bad ot was

Great tool for a good price
I just shortened both front and rear brake lines, and this tool worked great. Clean cut, easy to press in the barb. It's not a tool I will be using a lot, so it fit the budget. Probably not a tool for a bike shop that do this often, as it's aluminum screws in hard plastic.

Not quality.
1 and done!! Razor blades are cheap and chip on quality hoses.

For home use, or even light shop duty, this thing works perfect. Clean cuts, super easy to push the barb in. Used it last night to build up a frame with dura ace components and shimano hoses.

This works ok, it is a good value product, you need to make sure that you line up the clamp to hold the hose properly (it is not exact, there is play in it) and the barb insertion as well. My pin was slightly bent, but still worked if careful.
