This workbook has the perfect combination for motivating you and at the same time being at peace with yourself and your surroundings. I recommended to all the women at my office and in my friends and family that I know would enjoy it. I love that a can bookmark pages that I know I’ll enjoy on a certain day and come back to when I want to meditate, journal with guidance, or have more of a fun questionnaire.
