Why is the same garden kneeler different prices?

The "New Upgraded 2022" version that is the higher price has easy push button closing compared to the cheaper model that requires squeezing in on the metal part in between the seat/kneeled pad and the bars for the legs or to help you rise up from kneeling.
I also noticed the higher priced Upgraded 2022 model doesn't appear to offer the Prime benefit of the faster 2 day shipping which could explain why someone said it took a week for theirs to be delivered but I can't say for sure not knowing which model he ordered or received... I haven't purchased either items... this is just my observations from viewing the Amazon site as of 05/23/2023... I have been contemplating ordering the Upgraded model with the push button closure that weighs 5.5 lbs with the higher price that with the longer shipping date... but with so many models out there and available at the local big box hardware stores and even the discount home stores its hard to know the quality or if it's the best option for my needs... I have to pull weeds in front of a landscaped house that's got rocks throughout.... I need 2 full knee replacements so even kneeling on the thickest of pads with handles to help me get up is a stretch for me at this time... I'm looking for something to use in a seated position that's not going to be too high that I'm bending over too far... I'm not sure legs of this style would be the best option to use on uneven surface such as on landscape stones... also for working under trees with the legs on the grassed area... or on a bricked area... it would need to be modified to not scratch the bricks... these styles just might not be the best option for my needs... I'm hoping to find something with an adjustable seat height or lower in general and probably with a solid base... but this would be a great option for others that don't have the same concerns or for use in other locations

is there any way to replace the plastic structure the pads sit on, it has broken and the rest of the kneeler is fine?

I had one of these for years and the plastic finally broke.  I tried replacing it with a 3/4" of plywood (Painted) and glued some kneeling mats to it.  Bottom line - it cost more in time and effort than to replace the item as a whole.

The picture above shows the Kneeler with a pouch on one side and another cloth hanging on the other side, does it come with both or not?

No. It shows two pouches but comes with only one. I was dissatisfied. Also the pouch attachment is flimsy.
