Good on all counts
I am so happy with this carving kit. The knives and other tools are well made, balanced to the hand, and sharp and ready to go. It has an exceptional value considering all the items that are in the kit. The knives are just right. I have purchased one knife which cost me more money, came alone and I was unhappy with it. This is a perfect gift for the carver, and I believe it to be one of the best bargains with Etsy.

Knife came damaged and concealed.
Knife was delivered today damaged. The packaging was fine. Seems like it was a manufacturing defect that they tried to conceal and sent out anyway. As you can see the placement of the crack could potentially make the blade brake and cause harm. Pretty disappointed.
