Good book with daily reminders/tips/information to stay healthy!
So many helpful tips in here. It's perfect that it is broken down to one per day. Each day has a good tip to keep you on track for a healthier lifestyle. Since there is one tip per calendar day, it's perfect set up for making it a daily habit. If you are making a New Year's Resolution, you can start off the year right!
