This back board was very helpful during my post-op recovery. It fits well under my compression garment, provides comfortable support, and helps keep my back area smooth. It is practical and easy to wear. I’m very satisfied with it!

Slides up my back may be too big

I was looking for a backboard that would hold my back in place when I sit or stand. It has been years since my surgery, but I have degenerative discs and have trouble keeping my back straight. This back board is not firm, but it is padded so it offers a feeling of protection, but I wanted a stronger one. I do use this in my chair to offer some support so it is not a loss.

I assume this board will stay in place if you do not have any kind of curves, however as a thick chick, the back board slides out of place constantly over time. Doesn't matter if you wear it on top or under a camisole/tank top. The smooth satin-like finish Doesn't help. It's a shame because it seems to have a perfect shape for my backside. I may see about using a elastic band to see if it will keep it in place to get my money's worth. But finding a board with a coarser fabric might fare better for keeping it in place underneath a faja.

I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend who underwent a surgery that I began to perform and she told me that it was the best of all because it gave her a lot of support to her back and helped her a lot with her lower back pain. I have tried and it feels super the support that it brings to your lower back I really recommend it girls if you plan to have any surgery oh simply because you are suffering of lower back pain you can use it with a girdle and you will feel super good.

It's so comfortable and sturdy at the same time. It barely feel like I have it on under my newly (first time wearing altered) faja. I really like it. I've been without any compression garments or boards for almost over 2whole months cause it's like nothing before now was working out for me. (Update) it will move around if you don't have on something tight to help hold in place while active. Lols...it makes my booty look extra fat when it moves down.
