I bought this .25 inch ratchet and blown away with its utility (exceeding all standards in the range) and quality (being top tier and without "gold plating" it).Tekton is offering premium tools at great prices - this 1/4 drive w/ offset and wrapped in composite is ideal for working bike and automotive environment where mitigating scratching frames / finishes needed. I put it to use the instant I received the package (was working on my bike) and was impressed from the first turn.Truthfully I am only disappointed I did not buy the full set of the offsets - can I get a deal on the other two?The tolerances on the tool is fantastic, feel great in my hands (even with large size gloves / long fingers... ). Ratcheting is smooth and accurate - sockets stick and quick release is on point.I have purchased several Tekton products in the past month - all have exceed my expectations with initial quality and use. As a side, I grew up in a machine shop - for a toolmaker. I have used the very best, and love pushing the most basic and economical beyond their intended use cases. Tekton tools continue to impress - fantastic tools and the new favorites in my box.

Éste ratchet (vivo en frontera) es mejor de lo que esperaba, fue mi primer herramienta TEKTON y la verdad que me ha dejado sin palabras.No esperaba tanto por el precio que pagué $262.. pero le he dado uso casi todos los fines de semana y sin problemas.Pros.Largo: el tamaño es perfecto para trabajar en lugares no tan reducidos. Ejemplo, balatas, alternador, bomba de agua, tapa de válvulas, etc.72 dientes: Aunque no parezca importante, es bastante útil en espacios reducidos, y créeme que te sientes afortunado cuando estás en esa situación y tienes la herramienta adecuada.Peso: al tener un recubrimiento de plástico, el núcleo de metal es un poco más delgado, ojo, eso no quiere decir que no aguante, sino que es un poco más ligero que otros.El mango: es bastante robusto, y a mi parecer es algo muy bueno ya que te permite sujetarlo con mucha más fuerza.Si eres de manos pequeñas o dedos cortos, tal vez no sea tu mejor opción.Color, a mi en lo personal me gusta mi herramienta color negro, no cromado (personal). Cons:Se ensucia fácilmente, al primer uso se te ensuciara, no hay escapatoria y menos si trabajas con grasa.Viene totalmente seco: ábrelo con una punta Torx T10 para la parte de la palanca y T8 en donde está el driver y échale un poco de grasa de litio o superlub, no uses algo muy grueso o en cantidad excesiva, harás que se atore.Es todo, espero que te sea de utilidad mi experiencia con el producto.
