Not real sturdy! No matter how tightly you crank down on the bolt to tighten it to specified length, it isn't good enough. Wobbles side to side as you work on piece. Okay for adult to deal with, but tiny folks do better with a plain old clip board for $1.00 with an extra large 3 " paper clip attached to hold other end.

Definitely recommend
I attempted these bracelets years ago with my daughter and it was a miserable fail. The loom made all the difference. I whipped one up in no time and so did my daughter

Not bad for the price
Not bad for the price. It's made from pretty cheap materials and I had to replace about half the screws in it because they ripped out easily. This is good for kids or to try out this kind of thing, but don't expect it to last forever.
