Boardworks Kraken All-Water Stand-Up Paddleboard

I just received this board... beautiful board and looks to be nicely crafted.... However it advertises that it comes with a "with a FCS2 Connect Dolphin Fin for a toolless install and high performance in all conditions". I did not receive that and it looks to be another $100+ min to buy one. Obviously I'm either contesting the charge or sending back the product if the manufacturer does not make it right. I tried calling their customer service and I get a message they are closed (2pm on Monday???). Buy beware - will update if the company makes it right

I purchased this SUP on June 8th 2020. I have taken this board out 3 times, twice on a flat water lake and the third time was in the ocean. The board has been well cared for in the brief amount of time I've owned it. It has been stored on a wall rack in my home and transported on a Thule SUP Taxi with a protective cover which protects it from the UV rays.I am disappointed to report that upon inspecting the board after the third time out, I noticed the SUP had cracked approximately 21 inches down the right side rail, where the weight of the rider sits (I weigh 170LBS). Since the Amazon return window had closed by August 17th 2020 I followed the directions from the Boardworks website to begin a warranty claim but did not receive any reply. I am hoping a local surf shop will be able to fix it but I would never buy this brand again.I own another SUP by Pau Hana which I bought at the same time as the Kraken for my wife. The Pau Hana board is heavier but much better construction no issues with that one so far and we both ride it a lot, I would take a look at that brand instead for better quality.

I read great reviews of this board on a google search of best SUP of 2020. Quality control could be better. Made in China. One indent on the front bottom easily seen and running your hand over it there's a 3/8" divot over a 10" span. Doesn't affect tracking but $1350 calls for better quality. Second flaw is a 6" horizontal crease in one edge right where a latching strap falls on my roof rack. Kind of unnerving cranking a board down right at a compromised area. Upside is there is a bungee attached and 3 fins included. Why can't the site verify what you're getting through pics and verbal description?

Very nice paddle board! Shipping came ahead of time, and it is lighter than I thought. Very easy to carry for one person. My 16 year old daughter has no problem carrying this around. Quality seems very good.

This was a gift for our son and he loves it! It is light weight so he can pick it up and move it easily and it fits in his vehicle (a Honda SUV). It was as a great purchase.

Great paddle bird overall, but it showed up with a ding on it. I tried to get in touch with the company to see how that's handled but couldn't find out how, and dealing with such a huge return wasn't something I could deal with. So, I got my new board but it was damaged from the get go

I have the 9'9 and the 11' boards. they are awesome, light and easy to maneuver. Most large paddle boards weigh 10-20 pounds or more than these. I have some inflatable boards also, but the Kraken's are my go to.
