I got the watch today. My first impressions;Looks fine. Simple and after a couple of tries I was able to adjust the bracelet.I had a fitbit but decided to change due to your offer of water protection in shower or swimming pool (hope also extend to swimming in the ocean but not deep). The letters and icons in the instructions pamphlet are extremely small and hence difficult to read. Identifying the icons is an effort per se and time consuming. You should simplify the bluetooth connection information for iPhone users. Just advise to go to the Apple Store and look for hpluswatch (and providing your iPhone is connected to Bluetooth) bingo you just go ahead from there to start your watch. Otherwise the scan fails to connect. The measurements should have the options of lbs and feet otherwise you have to google information to convert measurements. The chinese translation is fine in China but it does not work in the west. Try Spanish for example.Once I start using it I will comment more if necessary. These are my comments after days of use:I missed a temporizer as I walk based upon time walked not on distance and also the alarm vibrates too short and too light. I wonder if the manufacturer can update the watch with these two items?

Nice wearable but app needs a lot of work.
I have had the device for about a year for 2-3 month walking competitions. At first I was very pleased with the wearable. For the price, the step-tracking and heart rate monitor are conveniently located on your wrist in a clean and fashionable band so you can effortlessly track your fitness all day. The device can also send push notifications (ie text messages and phone calls) so you have some nice smart watch capabilities there too. The battery life is great (4-5 days) and charges fully in under one hour. There are a few downsides to the system however: my only compaint on the wearable is that the heart rate monitor requires you to be extremely still for the duration of the reading and it takes at least 30 seconds, otherwise you have to do it again (doesnt seem like a long time but it is when youre in the middle of an exercise and by the time you get your HR it has gone back to resting). The rest is the app: the app is very cheesy and not intuitive, good luck trying to read the past weeks logs because the graphs are extremely tiny (you have to click on data points to view the metrics). The app crashes all the time and loses data (restored when the device connects back via bluetooth), however its annoying to want to record my steps for the week and the app says "Hplus has unfortunately stopped working" about 50% of the time I open it, with all the metrics at 0. The sleep and activity monitor for "yesterday's summary" is a pie chart which is pretty useless (no timeline, just percentages, e.g. "good sleep" 63%). Lastly, the app completely drains my battery (about 2-3 times per day), even when I turn bluetooth off and turn off all push notifications. From my dashboard/battery settings I can see that the app is constantly running in the background (and using bluetooth), but doesnt have the same options that you can easily close/swipe/shut off for brief periods of time. I have since deleted the app from my phone and record my steps each night before midnight (when all metrics return to 0). This is one option but if you want a more seamless app/wearable experience for this price point, I would recommend something else.

I really liked it until it abruptly stopped working. I think it was just a random bad one as all of the reviews I read before I bought it were great.Returning it was no hassle at all and my refund appeared the same day I dropped it off at UPS.

Like the tracker but wish the app would give accumulated steps. Seems accurate enough and it is a good alternative to the expensive trackers.

Good step counter but not for much else
I wanted to love this product but it's just okay. It's great if you just want a pedometer but it's not great for much else. The phone app never tethered to the watch, the heart rate monitor was usually 20 bpm lower during moderate to vigorous exercise, and the calorie counts are totally off. I never wore the watch at night as I didn't really care about sleep reports, but when I put the watch on in the morning it would say I had already burned about 900 calories. The only calories burned it registers are relation to steps. Making dinner the watch would say I burned 400 calories from just walking around, but it would say I only burned 20 after going all-out on the elliptical for an hour. The step counter was pretty accurate which is nice, it just didn't work for me as I rrally wanted to know how many calories I was burning during exercise. I returned it, the return was easy which was great.

It seems to be accurate and the battery has a good life. The band is a little difficult to release, but it is a good looking piece.
