Works FAST. Be ready
I have never done this so it was an experience. First one I could only hold it for 7 minutes, switched side at the 5 minute mark and next one I in the morning only held for 4 minutes. It completely emptied me out for surgery. Recommend would use again instead of drinking that other brand powder stuff.
