Q: What's the diameter of the bottom area that contact the cooktop of the 11"/28cm pan size ?

I have the 9 inch one and it also has a bottom surface measuring 7 " diameter

Q: How deep is the 9 ½" pan?

My pan is 11" and 4" high. I an not sure that the 9 1/2 pan is the same style. Web says the 9 1/2" pan is 1 1/2" high. Sounds like a fry pan to me
