I didn't get diarrhea or anything like that but I was going more often. And I felt "empty" after each BM which I guess is what a good cleanse should do. The pills are super easy to use, and I felt like my skin was cleaner and glowing after.

This cleanse works well and does not upset my stomach. I will wait and see how it works out as I use it more. I have food intolerance issues and need to clean out my system so I can heal. I believe this will help out with this and give me more energy. I do feel better. I received this product at a discount for an honest review.
