Don't know how accurate the gauge is, but it didn't matter for my use
I needed a quick and compatible regulator and this fit the bill perfectly. It doesn't seem to be leaking and it's done everything I've asked it too.Not sure I'd trust the gauge pressure if I was needing it for a low-pressure system, without verifying that 10-15 psi range was close, but I'm not needing it to work on anything that low (yet) and it worked fine for pressure testing R-410a and R-134a systems so far.

Heavy...
The one thing to worry about when buying a regulator is durability. This regulator is built. The heaviest I've ever felt. It's going to last.

Works great and feels heavy
Seems to be pretty accurate on pressure, using for hvac the only problem I have is the rubber covers are falling off

Leaks at tank gauge
The shipping was on time and packaged well. Unfortunately when I pressurized with Nitrogen I found the tank gauge is leaking. I'm will have to return it because that's just wasting Nitrogen.

Regulator leaked at 500 psi
The regulator couldn't withstand high pressure and started to leak at 500 to 600psi.
