I purchased this book from Amazon to read. All opinions are my own. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟#murderfunding by Gretchen McNeil. This sequel!!!!! All the stars! A new set of characters fighting the same president. Painiacs audition for the spots on a game show meant to recreate Alcatraz 2.0 but quickly the ones casted realize something is awry. Everyone is speaking to one another in Russian. Becca and her new friends and frenemies quickly learn if they don't stick together their future is in the balance. Becca is struggling to hold on to the family she has left, Stef needs answers for reward money, Coop man this guy...I never saw that twist, but is definitely in for taking down Merchant-Bronson, Fiona believes she has a connection to the late Molly Mauler. All of them struggle but when the facts reveal themselves it only drives them closer. Do not fret #CinderellaSurvivor, Nyles, and Gris make their appearance just in time to save the story!

I absolutely loved #MurderTrending so I was so excited to read the sequel!!! Unforntantley it was just a waste of time. There was nothing actually really that great about the story it just a bad "Meh" kind of book. I couldn't get attached to a single character. When Ethan died in the first book I cried. When characters died in this book I was just more like "Well guess they are dead now." I really really wanted to love this book since I loved the first book so much, but I didn't really care for the plot, the characters, and the plot twist in this book, in my opinion, was just really dumb. The whole thing just felt like a bad knock off. I would totally recommend the first book to anyone, but I wouldn't recommend this book. You can read the first one and not have to read this one it doesn't really add anything that good.

Meh. The first book was really good - campy, gore-y, really well paced with a great twist. #Murderfunding felt *really* forced and was even confusing in some spots. Could not hold my attention as well as the first book but I guess it's all tied up in a neat bow, now.

Wasn’t my favorite. Some grammar errors and seems like a new author who needs to find her groove. Only read it because I read the first. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Was super excited to read this it is a very good book. I was just a bit disappointed when I opened the package and the cover was covered in black gunk, and it appears to have some water damage. All the pages are still readable and I can press it so overall happy

Not as good as the first, but still, a stellar follow up to what I suspect was originally intended to be a stand alone. A quick, fun read. Let's keep the #murder train going! 4.5/5

This series is great! Full of twists and turns. Characters are fun and the premise is creative.

I didn't read it and i thought that it would be a cover book instead of the higher-priced hardcover and would like to return the kindle version because that is not what I wanted.
