Mild ear canal pressure sensation
The power domes seal the ear canal. They do make the hearing aids louder but I found the sealed ear canal produced muffled external noises and pressure sensation in the middle ear. I have the microphone in ear system. I have never had feedback problems when wearing the power domes or my modified domes. I cut a small wedge out of the outside leaf of the dome. This helps with pressure sensation though my audiologist thought it weird. I have not tried the open dome with the microphone in ear system. The domes are comfortable to wear. I do not feel anything in my ear canal after they settle in. I just wish my ears worked better.

did not pair with hearing aid
were too big for my small ears. Tight fit. I could not get the receiver or mic on hearing to recognize ear buds. had to switch back to my original buds

Comfortable fit!
I ordered the small,8mm. They are a little larger than the ones I was using. They went right on my amp wire and fit like a glove. The quality is very good. For the price, and quality, I am well pleased.
