I love this lamp!
I rarely write reviews but I am very happy with this lamp. It replaced a lamp that fit into a side table and it never was right. It was never bright enough even though it was supposed to be a 3 way. I could never get the lamp to fit tightly enough in the table and it always tilted. it looked awful. Finally, I gave up, kept the table and replaced the lamp. This one has a sturdy base, an attractive shade, a GREAT swing arm and as a bonus it is a 3 way. It is a tall table lamp and gives plenty of light for readying, sewing, etc. but can be adjusted to low light too. I looked for so long, even on Amazon before and then bought the table and lamp combo. I looked again later on and saw nothing. 3 time's the charm because I found this one. I am completely satisfied.

Nice looking lamp
I read a lot laying in the bed and this lamp on my night stand is just right. The only problem with it is that its very very stiff. To swing the shade back out of the way I have to stand up and grip it with both hands to move it. Guess I'll add some oil to the joints to see if that will help.(Will it be an oil lamp then? hahaha)
