Sounds great!
I use this all the time playing Latin, Brazilian, West African, etc. music. It has nice tonality and cuts.It's another "color" drummers and percussionists can alternate with between bells, rims, cymbals, etc.I have 2 of these. They come in a variety of woods and colors.Good value for the money.

Love the sound I got black bc it looks better.
I was skeptical about buying this product not sure if it was going to sound like they sounded in the videos. I was wrong the sound really produces out nice and crisp. I purchased two more for my other two snare drums.

Disappointed...
I really thought it would have made a difference but it just didn't... my stick on the rim was louder and had a fuller sound than the gruv click
