Fluffy
The idlis are soft and fluffy. The mixture is great to make fast idlis at home. Would recommend to use a bit of curd with water while mixing the batter for extra soft idlis.

Not satisfied
I am an ardent fan of Gits, especially the dosa mix and dhoka mix but this is the first time I am disappointed with the product. The idlis came out hard, not inedible hard but nonetheless, it was not as soft and fluffy as the ones made from the scratch. Won’t be buying again.
