I took these with my main meal so as not to taste the mixture but they made me feel very illI had to stop taking them.A very expensive mistake

I have been in the supplement business for many years. I believe that the digestive tract is one of the most important things you can concentrate on to ensure good health, strong immunity, and low internal inflammation. To understand how to do improve the gut flora, you must concentrate on repopulation of the gut with Pre/Pro-Biotics. The problem is if you have a gut flora that is way off and you need additional help digesting the food, as well as helping the Biotics to repopulate, you need Butyric Acid. BA is an incredible supplement and it can work wonders on the gut. The problem is if your gut is in terrible shape with something like candida, you have to kill off the bad bugs, to begin with. This is where this product can come in.The formula is very similar to most anti-candida types of supplements Oregano, Clove, and Thyme. In fact, virtually every product I have seen for candida has this combination. This product is nothing new and it is the traditional therapy to kill the bad bugs. The problem is it can also kill good bugs, so it is only suitable for short-term use. Whilst on this product you should cut out yeast and sugars/carbs to maximise the effect of this product. You simply have to stop feeding that bad gut flora. I used this product on my wife who does a yearly gut restoration regime and it works very well. But you must only use it for the short term. Once you have used it for a month with a restrictive diet, you should immediately use the BA, Pre/Probiotics to repopulate the gut and get the good flora back to where it needs to be.This is a candida-type formula. It is nothing special and should only be used in the very short term. It is a traditional formula to help treat candida and it is effective. Repopulation of the gut is essential after using this product. If you have gut problems, this can make things worse, to begin with, as you will create a "die-off" effect. It is essential to drink lots of water and keep the sugars/carbs to a minimum. It is good as a candida supplement, but you also need to be very careful with it, as being on it too long can alter the balance of the gut and be detrimental to your flora.

I take antibiotics 3x a week and have been doing so for 3 years now, pair those with opiate pain killers and my guy health is a disaster, I have constant bloating and constipation. I have tried numerous products before with varying degrees of effectiveness, but I am always happy to try products that might help. I hadn’t seen these ingredients in any of the other products I have tried so this was new to me. The capsules are quite big, but I was pleased to find they are extremely easy to swallow. I chose to take the full recommended dosage of 3 a day as I felt my gut health was really bad. After just the first four days I noticed a reduction to the horrible, bloated feeling I have had for about a year, a few days later I noticed my bowel habits becoming much better. Two weeks in and I feel a big improvement. The combination of these natural ingredients has worked wonders where others have failed. I will continue until I have finished them. Sadly, I cannot afford to take these on a permanent basis but if in the future I suffer problems I would purchase due to how well they make me feel.

I mostly wanted these for the oregano oil, which I've been using for years to fight off any sort of cold or flu. Oregano oil, though, is very, VERY strong (if you have a sore throat, it burns like absolute chucklebuggery on its way down) so taking it as a capsule is fab.Thyme and clove oils are great, too, but oregano oil is rad.So to the capsules themselves: they're pretty big, to be honest, and you can smell them as soon as you open the bottle so if oregano, thyme or cloves aren't your thing, you may struggle with these.They don't taste of anything, but you will taste them for hours afterwards: as the gel capsule melts away in stomach acid, you're just left with the oils, which are *pungent*. I can see the repeating flavour being a real issue for some people so I want to stress really, really stressedly that the flavour is very intense, and you'll be tasting it for hours after you take the capsule.I don't know yet whether these are having any effect on my digestion, but am a card-carrying fan of oregano oil, so I love them on that basis alone. I don't think that means these capsules themselves are necessary as oregano oil is cheaper on its own, even the really great quality oil - but these still get 5 stars.
