I used it once. worked perfectly. put battery on charge. Then go to use it again. Nothing. It is useless. update 10/14/21 registered the item for Warranty. look up service places. 1 doest service this brand, others are closed down, or too far away. I try calling them. On hold listening to elevator music for 15 minutes + and still no pick up, nothing. So BUYER BEWARE. U buy cheap, u get cheap product. Update 10/26. I have been in contact with company. They have tried 2x's to correct the problem. Sending out new battery & charger. That didn't work. Then called back. They just sent me out a new one. Works perfectly. I took apart the 1st one. Found that red/hot wire came loose from solder. So I just desoldered. Works perfectly. So. in the end. the company redeemed themselves with me.

This is a great tool for small jobs and even bigger ones. If you intend to use a lot on individual jobs a second battery is a good idea. It's powerful and makes cutting easier since you're not dragging an electric cord behind you.

Horrible, terrible waste of money! Do not buy! Even with a fully charged battery this will not cut through a simple 2x4. Even struggles with smaller pieces of wood like plywood. VERY disappointed!!!

What I dislike about this, is the switch went out couple day after warrant was out. I had to bypass switch to work.
