New installation at liquor store. I positioned the tower in several areas to find a sweet spot to help prevent false alarms but still sense the tags), the system continues to sound alarm at random with nobody near it, no tags or electric devices near it. This alone, will be an issue with employees and customers. It also goes off with random customers walking into the store, possibly key fobs or other devices like cell phone? I had those customers walk past it a second time with no alarm, so very hard to come to a conclusion what sets it off. Also, with both soft and hard sensor tags, you have to be less than 15" from the unit to set it off, they claim of up to 6' in the front and 3' on the sides, not even close. I tested it with various sensor tags with same results. I sent an Amazon text message and called them, only to get a recording. Still waiting on response and will repost rating with results.

Purchased these in 2021 for our very busy retail store. The gates work great with the black-checkpoint security tags. However, one by one they each started to malfunction by going off continuously, sending false alarms or not working entirely. The last one died last week before a busy Father's day weekend 2023. We've troubleshot everything, from moving to other parts of the store, removing/not using power strips/extension cords, trying to find errant security tags it may have been picking up, etc.It's a shame, we purchased one to try out before buying the other 3. The gates are placed just inside our front doors protected from the weather by a deep front porch on the storefront. I liked the much slimmer design but now we have 4 gates used for optics until a replacement arrives.

This was a upgrade from a 2 tower wired system from Ketec. Easy plug and play installation. Bolt on the base and put in location and it’s ready to go in about 10-15 minutes. It’s very sensitive and worked with all the types of securities we have. It has a nice range. We plan on getting the labels and their Ketec deactivator as well. The best thing is, it is designed and made here in the US! There service is second to none! When you call them up you get a real person in is knowledgeable in the entire process. Nice price and fast UPS ship. Buy Ketec! Buy American!

After buying 3 others before finding this sensor tower - I almost gave up hope. This installed seemlessly and worked from day one!

We got this as a replacement for a pain-in-the-*ss model we had used for years. Set-up took 10 minutes, a small glitch (user error). It was a small company who put me right through to a technician, who walked me right through it. With a minor adjustment, bar works terrific. Have already nabbed several 5cumbag shoplifters. Setup entailed putting bars into heavy, tip-proof base, plugging in, and a small adjustment with a screwdriver. Easy-Peasy!!!
