This is exactly what I was looking for. So much easier to walk my dog with this vest vs a basic collar. The leash doesn’t get caught up between her legs anymore. Plus she seems to really love wearing it… Highly recommend 😀 I ordered an xl for my adult fully grown female German shepherd, fits her perfectly

I have a Belgian Mil she chews and destroys everything. This harness however stay on her comfortably, she can’t chew herself out of it and you can clip the leach either on the top or the bottom and not a struggle to put on.. love it will buy another one when she out grows this one!

FINAL UPDATE: 2/18/23Well, it's been almost 1 year and I'm still beyond happy with this tactical vest. Maybe once a month I'll hand wash and allow it to air dry. Every now and then I'll burn back some stray threads, other then that it always looks new. All clips and fasteners are in perfect shape. Highly recommend!UPDATE: 7/5/22It's been 4 months now and all I can say is what a great value. All the stitching is in place and now that he has grown a bit it fits perfectly. The only reason I would replace it would be to get one that has cases on each side so as to take more stuff on hikes. A++This is an early review. Here goes, as a successful armature trainer I research like a crazy person, and this is my take on outfitting your K9 with a harness. First and most important is to have you dog completely comfortable with their leash and collar. If they don't have manners with a regular leash and collar, a harness will only make thing worse. My opinion is that a harness will promote pulling, just look at sled dogs. Once you have established control and comfort then you can start thinking of a harness. I waited till my shepherd was 9 months, in part I didn't want to have to buy multiple sizes. I did not buy this harness for control issues; I work with him from morning till bedtime on all aspects of training, so this harness/tactical vest was for me. He can now start carrying water, treats as well as total comfort for him. I tried the lower front hook and didn't care for how the vest moved side to side. The top two hooks are phenomenal, he walks even better then he already did. He heals to my left, his head just in front of my leg. The fit is just a tiny bit loose; it will fit perfect next week; I can literally watch him grow. If pulling is an issue work on your training first, so you can love the harness/vest when you are both ready. The overall quality is quite nice, so I hope it holds to his GSD spirit, I will update any changes, positive or negative. Hope this helps! A trained K9 is a happy K9...

So we bought our 1 year old Border Collie this cute tactical style harness just a little over 3 months ago and this is the quality of the stitching... The front anti-pull D-link stitching broke about 2 weeks ago suddenly with very little pull when my Collie spotted a rabbit and took off after it. Thankfully she listens extremely well and recalled back with no further issues. Since switching our girl to the rear D-link we are already noticing significant signs of the threading coming loose already. Unfortunately we cannot trust this harness to hold our girl in an emergency, so we will not be using this harness any longer. I'd be wary of the stitching in any other products for sure.
