What can I say? I have never really tried any of this stuff. I just grew my beard out and trimmed it down when I felt it getting out of hand. I decided to treat myself for my birthday this year and started to shop for beard care kits. This one came highly recommended by several review sites. The kit comes in a high-quality cigar box, manly. I tried the Beard Oil as soon as I get it open, and I have never felt so much comfort on my face while having a beard, ever. The Beard Balm and Moustache Wax are also both high quality as well. Shaping my stache and beard was so easy, and it feels great and smells great. The soap is an extra that most other kits do not include. The Beard Shampoo is heaven for your face. Best of all, it's all-natural! Oh, and did I mention everything smells manly and amazing? The comb is really nice as well, seems very high quality, and comes in a leather(real or fake, don't really know) pouch. I recommend getting a brush as a companion to the comb. I will be buying my beard care products from Maison Lambert from now on. I am sold!

I had been looking for a beard gift set for my furry husband for a father's day gift for a while. There were a few choices on Amazon I was considering, but they didn't quite have what I was wanting in a gift set. Bummer. Most of them were way expensive and the "set" only included beard oil, a wooden comb, and maybe some mustache wax.Then I came across this Mason Lambert beard gift set. It comes with beard oil, a very nice wooden comb, beer soap, and beard shampoo in a beautiful wooden cigar box! The products listed are organic and handmade by a family-owned business (with great customer service!)When I gave this gift to my husband, he loved it! The oil, balm, soap and shampoo smell absolutely wonderful! It's a fresh manly scent without being too overpowering :-) My husband hasn't tried the shampoo, balm or soap yet, but he has used the beard oil multiple times and it works very well! It tames his "lion's mane" of a beard, makes it softer, and, according to him, his beard is no longer itchy!So, do yourself a favor and stop reading this review and buy this gift set already :-) Now you don't have to waste any more time researching beard gift sets you know you won't end up buying anyway lol.

About the only thing I haven't used yet is the body soap. Everything else I am very pleased with. Scents of oil and balm are great and not intrusive to the senses throughout the day. Brush that's included is high quality and works very well. Oil and balm don't make my beard look greasy but does give it a slight shine. I have 50% gray to color in my beard so may be different for someone without greying. Box is a nice additive to the collection to store all my items in the cabinet. Face soap smells nice and definitely gives a clean feel after use. Plus side is the natural ingredients that make me feel like I'm not destroying the hairs in my beard or being counter productive to the growth cycle. Highly recommended.

So far so good! The soap and shampoo lather up big time so it will last for a while. Products smell great and I love the wooden comb. Before using the product I couldn't use the comb (very fine toothed comb). But after using everything in this kit, it glided though like warm butter! I highly recommend.NOTE: Don't get thrown off by the wooden cigar box that it comes in. You got the right delivery. :)

Where does one start a review of a great product. Unboxing was a great experience. First you get the cigar box, then as soon as you undo the latch and crack open the lid the smells hit you in the face. Have been using other brands products and they honestly do not conpare. The beard shampoo lathers up very thick. Used the oil and on the 2nd day my wife was saying how more rich colored my beard was. Naturally red haired and it really brings out the color. The beard balm provides good hold, and adds a shine. It's a good shine, not over bearing or greasy looking. The beer soap also is good. Good lather, no oily residue after a shower, cleans effectively. Comb is good, get a tangles out without ripping them out. The bad is no brush included, not a deal breaker, there are tons on the market at reasonable prices. get one separate and get this set if on the fence about it. I will continue using this personally and try more of their other soaps to boot. Would say my beard is roughly 3 inches in length, dense (can't see through) thickness, with curl to it so you all have a reference to my situation.
